At GSSC, we are committed to providing our students with valuable exposure to various career opportunities. Our Partnerships, Careers, HeadStart and Geared4Careers teams work hard to connect students with real-world job prospects.

Recently, two of our past students who now hold managerial positions at McDonald's visited GSSC to share their career journey with interested students. They presented valuable insights about career pathways at McDonald's, including tips on how to apply and what the hiring teams look for during interviews.

We were also joined by several GSSC students currently working at McDonald's, who offered their firsthand experiences and were available to chat with their peers about their roles. A special shoutout to Tamelia Morgan and Myah Hutchinson for sharing their stories and helping to inspire others. We appreciate your time and contribution!

The McDonald's team is planning to return in Term 2 to continue providing support. Keep an eye on the Student Bulletin for details about the upcoming Careers Club session during lunchtime.

For students interested in applying for work at McDonalds, simply scan the QR code to get started with your application. You can also reach out to your Careers Team, Geared4Careers, or our Partnerships Manager, Lisa Kerr for more information.

We encourage all students to take advantage of the exciting opportunities GSSC provides you!
