Due to COVID 19 density restrictions still being enforced, not removed as hoped, the Presentation Balls at Eastbank planned for June 17 and 18 will now be postponed until September (earliest available). Density regulations are out of the school’s control. We do understand your frustration and disappointment that the Presentation Balls have to be postponed once again, we as a school are also very disappointed.
Deb Ball #2 (June 17) will now be postponed to Thursday, 9th of September.
Deb Ball #3 (June 18) will now be postponed to Friday, 10th of September.
At this stage, we are still hopeful that the restrictions will be lifted to allow the June 25 Presentation Ball to proceed.
Looking ahead, there is a positive to this situation, we can now plan for a fabulous Spring Presentation Ball on a warm evening.
Ticket Sales : Ticket sales will remain open. Please proceed with purchasing tickets along with your guestlist as these will be carried over to the September dates. Please attend or phone the Wanganui Campus on 5820 9900 to purchase tickets and to provide your guestlist. If the deb ball cannot go ahead in September due to further restrictions all ticket sales will be fully refunded.
Dance Lesson Catchups : The school will make arrangements for dance lessons to be provided to refresh memories of dances learnt. All debs and partners are to continue to view the online lessons made available by the dance teachers to practice the steps already learnt. These can be viewed at: www.instyledancing.com.
Suit Hire : All booked appointments with Talisman are still required for suit measurement. All Deb Ball #2 Participants please return their suits to Talisman Menswear as soon as possible.
Payments and measurements for these suits will also be carried over to the September Ball.
